The first Tasti D-Lite store opened its doors in September, 1987, and grew from its roots in New York City mostly by word of mouth. As it became the favorite guilt-free indulgence of celebrities and supermodels, brand awareness grew through exposure on highly-rated TV shows like Sex and the City, The Apprentice, 30 Rock and appearances on other programs including The Tyra Banks Show and The Today Show. Tasti now has fans across the country and stores around the world.
